Thank you for bringing Bob's Red Mill into your home.To your good health,Bob Moore SOCCA FLATBREAD 1 cup Bob's Red Mill Chickpea flour1/2 tsp Salt1/4 tsp ground Black Pepper1/4 tsp Garlic Powder, optional1 cup warm Water1 Tbsp Olive Oil, optionalFresh or dried Herbs, optional In a bowl, whisk together chickpea flour, salt, pepper and garlic powder. Which water and olive oil into the flour mixture until completely combined. Add fresh or dried herbs if desired. Set this mixture aside and preheat oven to 450°F. Place a 10-inch cast iron skillet in the oven while it preheats. Liberally grease heated skillet with olive oil (olive oil spray coats the pan well). Pour batter into heated pan and bake for 15 minutes, or until set and golden brown. Remove from pan and serve immediately with the topping of your choice.Makes one 10-inch flatbread.
